If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.) please add an additional 1 to 2 days to the estimated delivery date of your order.

What if I have trouble logging in?

You are automatically asked to log into your aegeshii.com account any time you need to access account or order information to review or change something. If you have trouble logging in, here are some things to check:

  • Incorrect E-mail Address: Your e-mail address must be in this format: username@domain.com (or .net, .org, .edu, etc.). If you have more than one e-mail address, be sure that you're using the correct e-mail address and password combination for the account you are trying to access. Also, if your computer is set to auto-complete the e-mail, make sure it's the correct e-mail address listed.
  • Incorrect Password: If you're sure you're using the correct e-mail address, please double check your password.

 

When should I sign out?

If you are using a public terminal, you will want to log off, or sign out, before you leave the computer. You'll be able to tell if you are signed in by the options you see in the right-hand column of Help:

  • If you are signed into aegeshii.com: Your account name and a "Sign out" link will appear. You can click the "Sign out" link at any time to exit your aegeshii.com account.
  • If you are not signed into aegeshii.com: The "Sign out" link will not be available.

What happens when I sign out?

After you sign out, your name will be removed from the home page, and your 1-Click ordering settings will be inaccessible to anyone using the same computer after you.

We recommend that you sign out only when you feel that you must. If we can't identify you, it will be difficult for us to identify items that might be of interest to you.

To regain access to the items saved in your Shopping Cart, to place orders, or to view your recommendations, you'll need to sign in again.

CARA ORDER DARI WEBSITE

  • 1.       Cari barang yang mau di order – klik harganya untuk tampilan besar dan keterangannya

  • 2.       Add to cart untuk membeli

  • 3.       Apabila ada tambahan klik continue shopping, sebaliknya tekan checkout

  • 4.       Isi form shipping sesuai petunjuk yang di minta (tolong mengisi nama kota kamu sesuai dengan alamat, apabila tidak tertera silakan klik “not on list”. CS kita akan segera menginformasikan via sms or email)

PEMBAYARAN DAN KONFIRMASI PEMBAYARAN

  • 1.     Kamu akan mendapatkan email secara otomatis dari Aegeshii berisi order confirmation.

  • 2.     Lakukan pembayaran sesuai  jumlah dan no account yg di berikan (apabila nama kota kamu “not on list” tunggu sampai mendapatkan email atau sms dari kami baru melakukan pembayaran)

  • 3.     PENTING: uang yg di transfer harap sesuai dengan jumlah yg kita email atau sms. Apabila jumlah yang di transfer tidak sesuai/ kurang. Barang akan dipending sampai sisa uang dilunasi.

  • 4.     Setelah melakukan pembayaran. Konfirmasi ulang dengan menekan confirmation form **Confirmation form bisa ditemukan di Email order confirmation yg pertama kali di kirim Aegeshii untuk kamu.

  • 5.     Isi form sesuai petunjuk yg di minta
    Metode transfer:  (contoh: ATM)Order ID: (Contoh: ODR92810200918) (bisa ditemukan di email confirmation order)
    Amount paid: (contoh : Rp. 500000)
    Date of payment: isi sesuai tgl saat kamu melakukan pembayaran
    Account holder: dari bank mana kamu transfer
    Notes: sudah bayar
    Kemudian klik send confirmation form

  • 6.     Aegeshii akan secara otomatis mengirim email confirmation Payment

  • 7.     Tunggu email atau sms dari kita segera untuk status pengiriman barang.
