  • What is aegeshii.com?
    aegeshii.com is an online ladies fashion store based in Surabaya, Indonesia. Most of our products are from Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea and Japan. You may get more information on About Us page.
  • Can I order by phone?
    We process all our orders from online ordering system; unfortunately we don’t serve order by phone. However, you can contact us by phone or SMS if you have any question.
  • Do you have a paper catalogue?
    As all of our styles are shown on our websites, we do not have a paper catalogue.
  • How often do you add new styles to your line?
    We frequently change our stock to bring you the best styles every month. The goal of aegeshii.com is to bring all the latest fashions and trends. That’s why our selection is so dynamic.
  • Are the prices displayed bundle or unit prices?
    Prices displayed are single unit prices.
  • How is your sizing, do you carry special sizes, are these junior sizes?
    General sizes: Small / Medium / Large, some styles X-Large. Most of our apparel styles have considerable stretch and are form-fitting and are worn with a tight fit. At this time, we don’t carry special sizes. Most of our clothing is tailored for adult women, and capable with junior sizes. To assist you in ordering the correct size, you can check our size information page. Most of our clothes are made of Spandex which is highly elastic.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept payment by BCA Transfer for Indonesian buyer or PayPal, T/T transfer and Western Union for international buyer. You may see the details in “How to Buy” Guidelines.
  • What are your shipping rates?
    Shipping rate is counted by Tiki courier system, based on parcel weight and destination. You may see the shipping rate during check out order by selecting your city destination. If you cannot find your city destination (country for international buyer), please check "not on list" for the city listed, type your city or country in street address field. We will email the shipping fee manually.
  • Is all your merchandise immediately available?
    Yes, we sell ready stock only. However some of these fashion styles have limited availability. Orders will be fulfilled on a first-come-first-serve basis.
  • How long will it take to get my order?
    We will arrange delivery of your ordered stocks immediately after we have received your full payment. Usually you will get your items in 2-5 days.

    Hampir semua produk kami mempunyai ukuran sedang, dan kami tidak mempunyai spesial ukuran seperti XXL. Untuk informasi lebih lanjut, anda dapat melihat halaman “size information”.

  • Jenis pembayaran apa yang kami terima?
    Untuk pembeli dari Indonesia, kami menerima tranfer dari BCA (Bank Central Asia), dan untuk pembeli dari luar negeri, kami menerima pembayaran melalu PayPal, Western Union atau T/T tranfer. Untuk info lebih lanjut silahkan lihat halaman “How to Shop”.

  • Bagaimana dengan tarif pengiriman?
    Tarif pengiriman berdasarkan dari jumlah barang dan kota tujuan, dan apabila anda tidak bisa menemukan kota tujuan anda (Berlaku untuk pembeli luar negeri), anda bisa pilih “NOT ON LIST” dan isi kota atau Negara tujuan di kotak “street address”. Biaya dan berat pengiriman akan kami email ke anda secara manual.

  • Apakah semua barang di aegeshii.com ready stok?
    Semua barang kami ready stok dan siap dikirim, tetapi untuk beberapa produk, stok barang kami terbatas.

  • Berapa lama dari pemesanan sampai saya mendapat barang?
    Kami akan memproses order anda setelah kami menerima konfirmasi pembayaran, biasanya anda akan mendapatkan barang anda dalam 2-5 hari.
