PLEASE READ OUR ORDER POLICY BEFORE PLACING ORDER

Order Policy:

  • All products after purchase ALL ARE FINAL: NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE, NO REFUND.
  • Sample picture are from fashion magazines and real product photos; therefore, similarity is not 100 percent due to lighting effect and color of your monitor.
  • Sizes are within normal size range. Free size styles are generally Size M, which are suitable for the majority of people.
  • The underclothes in the pictures are not necessary attached to the clothes, except they are included in the original production order. Ornaments in the pictures are not for sale.
  • Most of the garments have the care labels. Hanging tickets may have Japanese, Korean or English version according to the different orders. All garments are packed individually into the plastic bags.
  • Shipping charge apply for every purchase.
  • Please RE-CHECK your item number before making any payment. Once the payment made, there will be no cancellation.
  • The goods are selected by you as your own discretion; we won't accept return or replacement of the goods under any circumstances.
  • No bargain, Fixed Priced.

Purchasing Steps:

STEP 1: Select your favor products from our product list and click add to cart button.
STEP 2: Click the check out button when you finished and follow the instruction.
STEP 3: You can log in to your account or register a new account by clicking “register” button to get point reward, or you can proceed without registering by completing name and shipping address.
STEP 4: Our system email notification will send you confirmation order via email right away.
STEP 5: Please double check your order and settle the payment within 1x24 hours.
STEP 6: PLEASE inform us once you settle the payment via confirmation form (you can find the link at the bottom of the confirmation order email sent to you earlier).
STEP 7: Once we received your payment. Our Customer Service Representative will contact you via SMS or email regarding items delivery details (Delivery date and tracking number).

- International: PAYPAL, WESTERN UNION AND T/T (TELEGRAPIC TRANSFER)

We are very sorry that we DO NOT accept Personal and Business Checks. 
All payments must be submitted within 1x24 hours after the purchase. If payment has not been received after that period, your order will be automatically removed from our system.

  • Semua produk yang sudah dibeli tidak dapat ditukar atau dikembalikan.
  • Semua gambar di aegeshii.com diambil dari majalah atau foto dari produk asli maka dari itu kemiripan dengan gambar tidak bisa mencapai 100 persen karena setting cahaya dan warna di setiap monitor berbeda-beda.
  • Semua size produk adalah Free Size, yang pada umumnya adalah medium.
  • Aksesoris atau baju pelengkap dalam foto tidak dijual bersamaan. Hanya produk-produk tertentu yang dijual bersama baju dalam atau bersama aksesoris tertentu.
  • Hampir semua produk kami mempunyai label pemeliharaan, baik dari bahasa mandarin, jepang ataupun korea, dan semua baju dikemas dalam plastik.
  • Biaya pengiriman yang diberikan hanya untuk sekali pengiriman atau satu alamat.
  • Mohon cek kembali item nomer yang anda pesan sebelum melakukan pembayaran.
  • Semua barang yang dipesan adalah resiko pembeli dan kita tidak menerima pengembalian barang, apabila anda ada pertanyaan seputar ukuran dan material baju, tolong hubungi customer service kami.
  • Semua harga di aegeshii.com adalah harga pas dan tidak bisa ditawar.

 

 

Cara Membeli:

LANGKAH 1: Pilih produk pilihan anda dari website kami dan klik tombol add to cart.

LANGKAH 2: klik tombol check out bila anda sudah selesai berbelanja dan ikuti instruksi di website.

LANGKAH 3: Selanjutnya anda bisa log in ke account anda atau membuat account baru dengan memilih tombol “register” untuk mendapatkan reward poin untuk pembelian anda, atau anda bisa langsung mengisi nama dan data pengiriman tanpa register.

 LANGKAH 4: Sistem email kami akan mengirimkan email konfirmasi pembelian dan detail pembayaran.

LANGKAH 5: Mohon untuk mengecek item yang anda pesan dan selesaikan pelunasan dalam waktu 24 jam.

LANGKAH 6: Setelah anda melakukan pembayaran, harap memberikan konfirmasi pembayaran melalui formulir konfirmasi (Link untuk konfirmasi pembayaran dapat dilihat di bagian bawah email yang kami kirim)

LANGKAH 7: Setelah kami menerima pembayaran dari anda maka staff kami akan mengirimkan email atau SMS (Tanggal pengiriman dan nomor tracking) setelah barang kami kirim.

Semua pembayaran harus sudah lunas paling lambar 1 x 24 jam setelah pembelian. Apabila pihak kami belum menerima pembayaran dalam jangka waktu tersebut maka order anda otomatis akan dihilangkan dari system kami.
